Spent the day finishing building trim tab mockup. Used left over cutouff skin from elevator stock, scratch built a rib. Used a block of wood about the height of the aft spar channel and added hinges. Made a trim tab from scrap and added hinge. Fabricated a retainer housing for the servo and installed the servo. Added trim tab horn and installed linkage to the servo. Tab horn is a nylon RC item. Would probably fab that from aluminum in a real application, but the holes in the horn make it easy to determine optimum dimensions.
